6th period students have a harder time with drawing Lewis Dot Structures and also with understanding electronegativity and therefore understanding polarity. The whole bundle seems to be missing:

• Bad Lewis Dot structures leads to
• Incorrect shapes which leads to
• incorrect assessments of polarity

Practice a couple of Lewis Dot w/NASL method: Show video

Practice naming a couple of shapes from the back of Two’s Company

Draw Dipoles on some of those molecules

Move on to Attractive molecules lab.

Must get hypothesis done!! In order to do lab write up tomorrow.
